Project Management
We run your project, from setup to handover.
We manage the project for you: planning, documentation, delivery and handover, and we build your team's capability along the way. From product launches to system implementations and operational change, we manage the whole project lifecycle.
What we deliver
- End-to-end project planning and execution
- Project setup and documentation: we plan the work with you and write it all down, before work starts
- Agile and traditional project methodologies
- Stakeholder alignment and communication management
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Change management and user adoption
- Making sure the change sticks after go-live

Project Management
Project setup and documentation also available on its own
A project is easier to run when the plan is written down clearly. We do the writing. We work through the project with you and your team, then document it for you, so everyone starts from the same page. You do not get a blank template to fill in: you get a finished documentation pack your team actually uses. We do this for new projects, and for projects already under way that have no clear record.
The pack covers the project charter, scope, plan and milestones, roles and responsibilities, risk and issue log, change log, and review rhythm and reporting.
Scope and changes. Before work starts we write down what is in and what is out. After that, every change comes with a written answer: we cut something else, we move the date, we add resource, or the change stays out.

Project Management
What the service entails
Project Management runs in three parts. First we set the project up with you and write everything down: the charter, scope, plan, roles, risks, changes and how often we review. Then we run delivery against that plan, keeping stakeholders aligned and handling risks, issues and changes as they come. Finally we make sure the change is used, hand it to your team and write down what we learned.
Checklist
- Project charter
- Scope statement
- Plan and milestones
- Roles and responsibilities
- Risk and issue log
- Change log
- Review rhythm and reporting
- Managed delivery against the plan
- Stakeholder alignment and communication
- Risk and issue resolution
- Controlled changes

- Handover to your team

Strategy Management
Practical strategy that gets done, not strategy that sits in a drawer.
We help you choose what matters and build the operating habits that turn it into reality, at whatever depth you want. Keep it simple: a one-page strategy and a no-list of what you will not do. Or go as deep as you like, and we take you through the full planning process. Backed by a written action plan.
What we deliver
- A simple strategy: one page, with a no-list of what you will not do
- A full strategic plan, as detailed as you want it
- Business model adjustments
- Performance improvement roadmaps
Strategy Management
What the service entails
Strategy Management is as light or as deep as you want it. The simple route condenses the strategy into one page, with a no-list of what you will not do. The full route takes you through the whole planning process in detail. Either way it runs in three parts. We start with where the business stands today. Then we settle your priorities and agree what you will not do. Then we build the roadmap and the operating habits that carry it out, with any business model adjustments it needs.
Checklist
- Current-state assessment
- Priorities
- No-list
- One-page strategy, if you want it simple
- Full strategic plan, if you want it detailed
- Performance roadmap
- Operating habits and review rhythm
- Business model adjustments

Innovation Management
Enabling you to commercialise the idea, and setting your team up to achieve innovation.
We help you spot which changes will pay back the effort, and we enable you to commercialise the idea. At the core of the work, we set your team up in a way that lets them achieve innovation. Continuous improvements are proved in small experiments and built into how you run. Discontinuous change, the kind that breaks from how you work today, is different: we help and coach your team to recognise it and prepare for it. Practical, embedded and proportionate to an SME.
What we deliver
- Innovation opportunity assessment, continuous and discontinuous
- Commercialising the idea: from concept to something the business can sell
- Setting your team up to achieve innovation: roles, ways of working and governance
- Small-scale experiment design and tracking for continuous improvement
- Coaching your team to recognise discontinuous change and prepare for it
- Operating model adjustments to embed what works
- Building team confidence to test and adapt

Innovation Management
What the service entails
Innovation Management starts with a list of opportunities, sorted into continuous ones (small improvements) and discontinuous ones (ideas that break from how you work today). The core of the work is two things: enabling you to commercialise the idea, and setting your team up in a way that lets them achieve innovation. Continuous ideas go through small experiments, and what works is built into how you run. For discontinuous change we help and coach your team to recognise it and prepare for it. Alongside, we set up simple governance and build your team's ability to test and adapt.
Checklist
- Opportunity list
- Prioritised pipeline, marked continuous or discontinuous
- Route to commercialising the idea
- Team set up to achieve innovation
- Experiment designs and tracking
- Decisions on what works
- Operating model changes
- Coaching to recognise discontinuous change
- Preparation for discontinuous change
- Innovation governance
- A team able to test and adapt
