Hugo Potgieter

Founder, Project Manager & Business Analyst

Hugo Potgieter founded Boss Solutions in Cape Town. He works as a business analyst and project manager. He designs how the work runs, and he delivers it.

What he has done

  • Run several client engagements at once, coordinating teams across functions.
  • Put governance and reporting in place, so delivery stopped depending on one person's memory.
  • Gathered requirements, redesigned processes, run gap analyses and automated manual business processes.
  • Delivered software projects and done quality assurance (QA) work hands-on.
  • Built rapid prototypes and set up teams to get innovation moving.

Process design, project delivery and programme management, business analysis, Agile and Scrum delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk and issue management.

Hugo holds a BCom in Business Management and a Higher Certificate in Office Administration (Project Administration), both from Akademia.
