Process Review
We look at how your projects and your operations actually run, and fix what is not working.
We look at your current project management life cycle (how projects are started, planned, delivered, controlled and closed) and your operational life cycle (how work runs day to day, from request to delivery). We identify what is broken, what is wasteful, and which fixes give you the biggest return for the smallest disruption. Then we fix it accordingly: we design how the work should run and set the new process up with you. You also walk away with a written action plan you can execute with or without us.
You get: a written action plan and the new process designed and set up.
What the service entails
A Process Review runs in five parts. We agree what the review covers and what it does not. We map how your project management life cycle and your operational life cycle run today, find the pain points and waste, and trace them to root causes. We rank the fixes and write the action plan. Then we design how the work should run and set up the new process with you. Finally we walk you through the plan so you can run it with or without us.
