Your project is failing, stuck or over budget. We come in, diagnose what went wrong, and either rescue the project or close it down cleanly without further damage to the business, with what was learned written down. High urgency, high trust, no judgement.
What the service entails
Project Disaster Recovery starts by getting up to speed with what has happened and what caused the trouble. We steady the project and recommend rescue or closure, and you decide. From there the work splits in two. If you rescue it, we make a new plan, take it to you for sign-off, deliver the recovery, then go straight to a project retro and hand the outcome to your team. If you close it, we set up a closure plan covering people, contracts and salvage, run a project retro to write down what was learned, and close the project off.
