Straight answers about how we work.
Why do projects slip past their deadlines?
Usually it is structure, not people. Three patterns explain most of it: nobody owns the project with real authority, small scope changes go untracked, and review meetings end without a decision. All three can be fixed once you know where to look.
What is the review of my current state?
A 90-minute session where we meet and listen. We look at your most-at-risk project, your strategy and your operations, and bounce ideas around. Afterwards you get an approach for fixing the problems, costed, and you say yes or no. No obligation.
What size companies do you work with?
We work best with South African SMEs, where our practical, cost-effective approach delivers the most value. Large enough to have real operational complexity, but not so large that you need a full consulting firm. You get strategic expertise without the overhead.
Do you just advise or do you actually do the work?
We do the work. We build the plan and stay involved through implementation. From the first session to the final handover, you have one consultant who is accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. If something is not working during the engagement, we adjust. We measure success by what your business achieves, not by how much paperwork we produce. Documentation is there to be used.
How much do your services cost?
We do not publish prices. Pricing depends on the service and the scope, and we give it on request. The review of your current state is the place to start: we talk it through in person and put together a clear written proposal. No commitment required.

We are based in Cape Town and work with businesses across South Africa, on-site or remotely, in any industry where structure, focus and follow-through matter.
