When a project has stalled, we diagnose it and either rescue it or close it down cleanly. We get up to speed with what has happened, steady the project and recommend rescue or closure. If you rescue it, we make a new plan, take it to you for sign-off, deliver it, go straight to a project retro and hand the outcome to your team. If you close it, we set up a closure plan, run a project retro and close the project off.
